The OSA Rose Festival Exhibition is a vibrant celebration of Portland, its rich traditions, and its iconic flower—the rose. In alignment with this year’s Portland Rose Festival theme, All Together Now, we invited artists to showcase their unique interpretations of the city and its beloved blooms. This special exhibition features paintings that capture Portland’s landscapes, city scenes, and stunning rose-themed still lives. This is one of OSA’s most cherished and anticipated shows.
The juror for this show is Jacqueline Kamin.

About Jacqueline
Born in 1950 in Washington, D.C., Jacqueline Kamin studied at the Corcoran Museum School, the Art Students League, and the Sculpture Studio in New York City. Her many honors include First Place for Still Life at the California Autumn Salon (2002), an Honorable Mention at the California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition, and the Juror’s Choice Award from the Susan Kathleen Black Foundation.

Kamin has exhibited at the Salmagundi Club in NYC, the California Autumn Salon in Beverly Hills, and the Pasadena Historical Museum. She teaches at the Scottsdale Artists’ School and is active in several national organizations, serving as President and Master Signature Member of American Women Artists, and on the Board of Advisors for the California Art Club.
