Plein Air painting and Alla Prima painting capture the essence of a scene, the attitude of a landscape, or the character of a moment. Most often completed in a single sitting, these works feature lively and impressionistic views, bold gestures, and impromptu mark-making.

The Plein Air & Alla Prima Juried Show is juried by Brooke Borcherding.
