Juror's Note: This painting does everything that I believe a two-dimensional work should do. As the viewer I cannot help but to be engaged by the lost and found edges, strong focal point and limited palette. The beautiful efficient brush work and light that the artist has captured tells me that this artist is close to mastering their medium.
