Juror notes: There is some lovely visual poetry here. The text in the image, "Be Loved,” is referenced in several ways: by the arch of the trees like silent guardians hovering over the houseless residents below; the two tents huddled together—just touching—like a couple tentatively snuggled up to one another for warmth in the night. There is also, of course, the irony of a city talking about love while its residents are sleeping on a sidewalk.
