Juror notes: I am fascinated by “twilight” paintings. He got the light just right on this. It does not look too bright or too dark, it FEELS like twilight, with the moon rising above the mountains. This very hard to do! It takes a lot of knowledge of light and practice painting twilights, to make this work.
