Juror's Note: This photograph so perfectly embodies the prompt– "How It Looks From Here." By cropping out the driver we are encouraged to focus on the dog and share in the pure joy it must be experiencing. Isolating the foreground from the background and the lack of any recognisable logos or scenery provides a timelessness and a placelessness that could equally occur on the streets of Portland or Vietnam.
