Wild Treasures is a juried exhibition of original artwork by botanical artists of the Pacific Northwest, coordinated by Oregon Botanical Artists and presented by the Oregon Society of Artists. The jurors for this exhibition are: Jean Emmons, Catherine Alexander, John Savage, and Randy Gragg.
Wild Treasures is also a community event that featured activities for OBA members leading up to the opening of the show, and continues to present related educational events throughout the physical exhibition in August. Please click here to see a full schedule of events. The online exhibition, presented here, continues into September. Click here to learn more about Oregon Botanical Artists.
The jurors awarded seven prizes. A final prize, The People's Choice Award, is decided by public vote and bestowed at the end of the Gallery exhibition. Come fill out a ballot in the OSA Gallery, or click "Let's Chat" in the lower right of this site and enter the artist's name and artwork title. Voting closes August 25, and the winner will be announced in a subsequent OSA Weekly Wash newsletter (subscribe here).
Artwork in the show is available for purchase through this website or the Gallery. Prices do not include shipping or handling. Click here to see current Calls to Artists from OSA.
